The Early Years Foundation School and the Key Stages one and two celebrated Nigeria’s Independence Day in a colourful and grand style on Wednesday, 29th September 2021.
The occasion began with a beautiful rendition from the Early Years’ children who sang beautifully
to everyone’s delight. It was followed by a cultural fashion parade by the Key stage one children.
Each child talked about his/her culture and state.
The Key Stage 2 children performed interesting poetry about the beauty and richness in
the cultural diversity of Nigeria, especially in their dances and attires. The poetry had a dance drama embedded in it. The children danced with poise and elegance.
Lastly, the teachers had their turn to show their dancing skills and they did not disappoint.
